Learning, not interpretation
Flip cards introduce the model. Retrieval questions and scenarios then ask learners to recognise and apply it.

A short learning experience about the moment before practical training begins — and how a learner can move from uncertainty into participation.
The learning problem
The experience does not teach medical procedures. It focuses on a familiar barrier in practical courses: the fear of getting something wrong in front of others. The learner leaves with a concrete way to enter practice safely and deliberately.
Learning journey
Make the sequence, format and available support visible.
Select the smallest form of participation that still creates real practice.
Take one manageable attempt instead of waiting for complete confidence.
Identify what worked and one specific action for the next attempt.
Key design decisions
Flip cards introduce the model. Retrieval questions and scenarios then ask learners to recognise and apply it.
Feedback explains each choice, and progression remains locked until the learning goal has been met.
Sage, warm white and precise red accents create a medical association without imitating clinical software.
English and German versions, optional voice-over, keyboard support and responsive layouts offer more than one way in.
Role and contribution
A self-initiated portfolio prototype exploring how learning design can support participation in professional training without claiming subject-matter expertise in medical procedures.
